I don’t have to listen to them tell me how to be, now that I’m older.  Look at me – I’m not married, I didn’t have children. Nothing bad happened to me.

That’s another thing about being older – I don’t have time to wait anymore.  If I were 20, I might.  But now, I want it now.  I don’t have another 60 years to wait.
